If you sign a contract with XYZ company or whatever, they may go out of business prior to, or worse case, during implementation. I wasn't really too concerned about that with JCI Group. But dealing with a communication system and the transfer of services from one service provider to another always poses the probability that something is going to get dropped or mis-communicated in the middle and you wind up with locations that all of a sudden can't talk anymore.
